1..clearance form one (1) copy

2..Acceptance fees receipt one (3) copy

3..Photocopy of Original O-level certificate three (3) copies
Note: statement of result is not acceptable

4..Photocopy of ND statement of result three (3) copies

5..Original I.T letter one (1) copy with two (2) photocopy of the I.T letter

Note: Each document with a passport Photograph
