Affidavit must be done before the Registration commence

We @ MapolyNewsFeed decided to write this article for the newly admitted students of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic who has been verified to study one course or the other.

There are things you should know before signing your clearance, in other to avoid misconception.

When the  Registration starts, if your date of birth is contradicting to each other, for example ;maybe the date of birth you used in your Wassce result is different from the one you used during your JAMB registration, Please go and get your original certificate (Not Church or mosque own)

Secondly if your name is contradicting to each other. Go to a nearby court to do your affidavit in other avoid disturbance during your registration.

Contradictions like (The name you used in your Wassce as Awosanwo Oluwatosin Ayanfe and in  JAMB you used Oluwatosin Awosanwo Ayanfe).

Please go and do your affidavit.

Paid For Your Acceptance Fee? Here Is The Next Thing To Do

WHAT TO DO AFTER PAYING FOR YOUR ACCEPTANCE FEE.

NOTE: If you are yet to pay for your acceptance fees and you will like us to pay for you and avoid the stress of coming down to school please contact +2348162971608

After paying for your acceptance fee, printing your CLEARANCE FORM is the next thing to do. Below are the steps to help you through.

1. Login to your prospective portal,
2. Input your email and password
3. Click on your check admission status 4. Click on print login details (this will give you details to login into the fresh student portal)
5. Log out from your prospective account and log in to your fresh student portal,
6. Here you will be able to print your clearance form.

Did You Use Awaiting Result?

All ND prospective students of MAPOLY who registered with Awaiting Result during their screening registration on MAPOLY portal are hereby beseeched to come to the school admission office with the following documents if they want to be admitted.

1. Original O'level slip
2. Original JAMB result slip
3. Mapoly application photo card.

Failure to do this, u might not be offered admission as the school will make no provision for those who did not submit those documents in the admission office.

CANCELLATION OF SCREENING TEST: 2016/2017 ADMISSION EXERCISE

We are using this this medium to notify all aspirant of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic publication in respect of the 2016/2017 academic session screening exercise, that the screening exercise has been cancelled and the Institution will make use of the candidates information submitted online for the exercise. 

Candidates are hereby advised to discountenance the earlier published dates for the screening exercise. 

Applicants are also to note that the admission and screening forms are still on sales.

New JAMB Proposed Model For Admission Screening

The Joint Admission And Matriculation Board held a meeting at the B.O Ukeje Auditorium, Nation Commission for colleges of Education, Central Business District Abuja on Tuesday 28th, 29th and 30th to map out admission screening modalities for Colleges of education, polytechnics and Universities.



The meeting was chaired by the permanent secretary ministry of education, Dr. Shade Yemi-Esan.
After evaluating the screening models of some schools in previous years and other factors surrounding the admission processes in tertiary institution in the country, JAMB released a proposed model for the screening of recommended candidates.

PROPOSED JAMB MODEL FOR SCREENING OF RECOMMENDED CANDIDATES
1. Screening of candidates shall be for ONLY candidates recommended for admissions.
2. No written examination to be conducted.
3. Verification of Course Requirements (O’ levels or A’ levels).
4. Verification of valid JAMB results by checking:
i. Online Result Slip
ii. Printout
iii. Provisional Admission Letter
iv. Photo Album
v. Checklist
vi. Biometrics
5. Institutions are free to source from other Course(s) to
compensate for SHORTFALL in any of the criteria.

Note:
The list of candidates that have scored above the minimum cut-off mark, and are NOT admitted may be forwarded to
other institutions that need them for consideration. Especially their Second (2nd) Choice institutions of preferences.

Admission Application Form Is Out

This is to inform the general public, especially prospective students (applicants), who are seeking admission into Moshood Abiola Polytechnic that application for admission is now on.



Please Note that as at the moment of posting this, we currently haven't receive information about the ND Full-Time admission application form.

Applicants who are to register for now are those who are: Diploma, ND PT & Evening and HND FULL TIME, PT & Evening.

The price tag for the programme is as follows:

National Diploma (ND) Part Time - #7, 500

Higher National Diploma (HND) Full Time programme - # 7, 500 for application and #3,000 to get seat number.

Evening programme applicants both ND and HND - #7, 500 for application and #3,000 to get seat number.

NOTE : it is advisable that HND applicants should Have seen his/her final result before application.

For those that are requesting
for the HND admission criteria, I would say there is no official statement as regards that for now.

3RD BATCH MOP UP RESULT HAVE BEEN RELEASED

We have been receiving lot of calls and messages concerning the 3rd Batch exam held on the 15th of December, 2015 when is going to be out.

We are glad to inform all candidates who participated in this mop up exam held on the 15th of December, 2015 that the ADMISSION LIST has now been released.

We aren't sure yet if you can view in your Prospective Portal. The information reaching our source is for you to visit the admission office to confirm yours. 

If there would be any change to this, we will let you know with immediate effect.
